If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return process.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ The item must be in unused condition
✔ Original packaging and accessories must be included
✔ Proof of purchase is required
✔ Return request submitted within the allowed timeframe

Used, installed, modified, custom-built, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless proven defective.


Return Timeframe

  • Standard products: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Custom or Special-Order products: Non-returnable, unless defective

  • Clearance or discounted items: Final sale, no returns


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or does not function as expected:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos/videos for verification

  3. Our team will review and offer a suitable solution:

✅ Replacement
✅ Repair arrangement
✅ Partial refund
✅ Full refund (when applicable)


Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs for returning non-defective products are the customer’s responsibility

  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover return shipping costs

Shipping charges already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval

  • Any restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply depending on product type and condition

We reserve the right to deny returns if items fail to meet policy criteria.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product or want another model:

  • Exchanges may be granted depending on stock availability

  • Shipping charges may apply


Freight & Large Item Returns

Golf carts and heavy equipment returns must be:

  • Pre-approved by our support team

  • Returned through authorized freight service only

Unauthorized returns may be refused or result in additional fees.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

✘ Customized or built-to-order carts
✘ Installed accessories/parts
✘ Used or altered items
✘ Gift cards or digital products


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

  • Orders already shipped: Cancellation not guaranteed

  • Custom/production orders: May incur cancellation charges


Proof of Purchase Requirement

Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without:

  • Order number

  • Invoice or valid purchase proof
